Travelling by Road
Turn Right onto the B3184, at the roundabout take the second exit, and cross the bridge. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit, then merge on to the A30 (signposted Exeter) keep in the left hand lane then bear left. Then join the M5 (signposted Plymouth) continue forward onto the A380, entering Wapperwell, continue forward entering Newton Abbot. At Kerwell Gardens roundabout take the 1st exit onto Riviera Way A3022 (signposted Torquay) continue forward onto Riviera Way at traffic signals bear right (signposted .Brixham), at traffic signals continue forward (one way). At traffic signals turn right onto Torbay Road the Waters Edge Hotel is on the right hand side just past Seaway Lane.
